What is Virtual Medical Care?
Virtual Medical Care is a forward-thinking company designed to support physician practices and healthcare organizations with assessing, coordinating, and directing the right level of care to the right place at the right time. Our 24/7/365 RN on-call service provides triage-trained, registered professional nurses who help direct effective, quality care. In select regions, we work seamlessly with trusted partners to provide RN triage and assessment, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, transition of care, chronic disease management and education, and at home visits, as necessary.
Who does Virtual Medical Care serve?
We serve multiple Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) organizations (CCOs). We partner with organizations and fill the gap for care to keep patients and the people they support out of emergency rooms.

Where is Virtual Medical Care located?
Our administrative office is in Williamsville, NY. All our registered nurses work remotely throughout the Western New York area.
